Terms of purchase
Are you a minor, ie. That you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent’s permit to order in our store. Bombshell By Clara Feldt AB reserves the right to make changes to the range and has the right to remove items from the range before a purchase has been completed. We reserve the right to any final sale of goods. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. The product images may differ slightly from the product itself, we recommend all our customers to visit one of our stores before ordering. If you have booked a stylist with us and this is not in place, we reserve the right to assign another stylist.
GENERAL PURCHASE INFORMATION
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you entered when you completed your order. There you will find information about what you bought with prices, shipping costs and VAT. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will also send a message when your order has been sent from our warehouse.
Prices are in Swedish kronor. We reserve the right to change prices without any warning of any price errors. The consumer always pays the price shown when ordering, if you bought an item at an incorrectly too high price, you will be notified of this and you will get your money back. We reserve the right to make price errors that are considered unreasonably incorrect, in the event that we have made a clear error, we will mark your order.
Bombshell By Clara Feldt AB reserves the right to make typographical errors in texts on this website. We do not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. METHOD OF PAYMENT - KLARNA
Most of our deliveries are sent with Postnord, if you want another carrier, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible after placing an order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
If all items that you order are in stock, it will be sent from us within 2 working days. After that, it takes about 1-3 days for our logistics partners to deliver your products. Which means that the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
You pay the shipping cost depending on how much you shop for and which option you choose.
If an item from us is damaged during transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder (usually, Postnord no later than within 7 days.
If you do not redeem your package, we have to charge you SEK 1,500 to cover shipping, return shipping and administration. This is done in the form of an invoice to the order address. There will also be a fee of SEK 50 for each reminder we send out (up to 2), if no payment is received by us, the case will be collected.
You have an open purchase and a full right of exchange and return (right of withdrawal) for 14 days after you have received the item if you are not satisfied. In order to return a product, it must be unused (unopened packaging) and that all possible labels and packaging remain. You are responsible for the product until we receive it. We recommend that you send back the return with a freight forwarder who offers a so-called “Tracking number” as it is the sender who is responsible for the package if it should get lost. Upon an approved return, we pay back the value of the goods incl. shipping. This means that you get back Prices for goods and the shipping cost. Please note that you as a consumer pay for return shipping. Please note that goods returned by cash on delivery are not triggered by us.
Always contact us before you send back your order! When you send us an email, it is important to keep the following in mind. What product is it? Order number? Why do you change / return? What is possibly wrong, if there is something wrong, it is important to also send with a picture. You are responsible for the product until we receive it. Goods that are returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered by us.
Does your item do not match the description, is it broken or are you otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase? Contact us and we will agree together on how we will solve it all. It is very important to us that you feel satisfied with your purchased goods.
You as a consumer have the right to complain about a product or service if the properties of the product or service deviate from what has been agreed or that follows from law. The consumer has a three-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. 2 months is always considered a reasonable time for registration. We will reimburse for any shipping costs as well as other costs that have arisen in connection with the complaint, such as petrol costs, parking costs, telephone costs and the like.
TERMS OF COMPLAINT
We strive for you as a customer to feel safe when you shop with us. That is why we offer very favorable warranty terms. We give you a 1-year guarantee on all of our products in our range (Except for hair extensions). In cases where the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, you are of course offered the same warranty length. The warranty applies to malfunctions that occur during the warranty period. The guarantee does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own change of the product’s function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.
