We also send you a message when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
The prices are in Swedish kronor. We reserve the right for price changes without any warning for possible price errors. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The majority of our deliveries are sent with Postnord, if you prefer another carrier, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
If all the goods you order are in stock, they will be sent from us within 2 working days. It then takes approximately 1-3 days for our logistics partners to deliver your products. Which means that the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Notification of possible You will receive deviations from the normal delivery time in connection with the order confirmation. You then of course have the right to cancel or change your order.
From the moment the item is sent, we are NOT responsible for Posten's carelessness if your package gets lost. So we will NOT send out another product to replace the products that are lost during the delivery for which Posten is responsible.

If an item from us is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder (usually Postnord within 7 days at the latest.
If you do not redeem your package, we have to charge you SEK 1,500 to cover shipping, return shipping and administration. This takes place in the form of an invoice to the order address. There will also be a fee of SEK 50 for each reminder we send out (up to 2), if we do not receive any payment, the matter goes to debt collection.
You have an open purchase and full right of exchange and return (right of withdrawal) for 14 days after you receive the item if you are not satisfied.
In order to be able to return a product, it must be unused (unbroken packaging) and that all possible labels and packaging remain. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. We recommend that you send the return back with a forwarder that offers a so-called "tracking number" as it is the sender who is responsible for the package if it gets lost. In the event of an approved return, we will refund the value of the goods incl. shipping. This means that you will get back the prices for goods and the shipping cost. We give you a 1-year guarantee on all of our products in our range (Except hair extensions). In cases where the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, you are of course offered the same warranty length.
The warranty applies to malfunctions that occur during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to errors that occur during or after the product's function and appearance have been changed, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from when the item was sent from us.
